Programme overview

‘Indian Academy of Venture Capital’ has developed an e-content platform – FundEnable Toolkit which helps subscribers prepare for the complex process of capital raising. It is an initiative of IAVC to reach out to a larger set of Indian entrepreneurs through digital content along with providing necessary tools and templates to spread the awareness of capital raising and empower them to raise a round of funding from angels, venture capital investors etc. FundEnable Toolkit is a beginner level course that provides an in-depth understanding of the fundraising process using practical business examples and case studies.

Course Summary

The entire process of raising capital has been divided into 9 steps. Each step has a learning module and a tool to navigate through the steps.
Example – For termsheet, FundEnable has a detailed module on various causes along with customizable termsheet templates for different rounds of funding.
The same goes for each and every step of fundraising such as Preparation of Business Plan, Financial Model, Valuation, Deal Structuring, Capitalization Tables etc.

Who can apply

There is no pre-requisite for the course and it can be done by anybody who wishes to get a deeper understanding of the equity fundraising process.
