Background of IAVC

Over the past 2 years, IAVC has extensively worked in the early stage ecosystem. The company has raised INR 67 Crores for Indian Technology Ventures in the last 1.5 years

Introduction

Indian Academy of Venture Capital’ has developed an e-content platform – FundEnable Toolkit which helps subscribers prepare for the complex process of capital raising. It is an initiative of IAVC to reach out to a larger set of Indian entrepreneurs through digital content along with providing necessary tools and templates to spread the awareness of capital raising and empower them to raise a round of funding from angels, venture capital investors etc

FundEnable Toolkit is a beginner level course that provides an in-depth understanding of the fundraising process using practical business examples and case studies.

Role of EDII

EDII and IAVC will provide a joint certification on completion of the course 2. EDII will provide access to audiences such as entrepreneurs, educators, students, etc. who can hugely benefit from this course

Who can apply

There is no pre-requisite for the course and it can be done by anybody who wishes to get a deeper understanding of the equity fundraising process.
